- Order and booking details: the products, workshops or custom work you ask for.
- Messages you send through our forms, WhatsApp or email, including photos you share for custom orders.
- Basic technical data, such as the items saved in your bag on your own device (local storage).

- To process orders, workshop bookings and custom quotes.
- To arrange collection or courier delivery.
- To reply to your questions and send order updates.
- To send news and specials, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as courier companies, payment providers and our website host, and only as needed to deliver the service. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
